1. Where We Ship
We deliver gift hampers across metropolitan Melbourne and Australia-wide. We currently do not ship internationally, with the exception of New Zealand (see Section 6).
2. Melbourne Delivery
We offer hand-delivered hampers across the Melbourne metropolitan area, split into three zones:

Same-day delivery requires orders to be placed before 12:00pm AEST Monday to Saturday. We do not guarantee same-day delivery for orders placed after this cut-off.
Standard delivery is next business day for orders placed before 12:00pm.
3. Australia-Wide Shipping
We ship nationally via a trusted courier service. Rates apply to all orders delivered outside the Melbourne metropolitan area:

Estimated delivery for Australia-wide orders is 2–5 business days for metropolitan and regional addresses, and 5–10 business days for remote areas, from the date of dispatch.
4. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to all Australian orders with a product total of $120 AUD or more (excluding delivery fee). This threshold is calculated after any discounts and before GST breakdown. Free shipping does not apply to remote areas or New Zealand.
5. Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne location by arrangement. Orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours of confirmation. Collection is available Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm. Contact us via WhatsApp on 0421 000 438 to arrange collection.
6. New Zealand Shipping
We ship selected hampers to New Zealand. Please note: hampers containing alcohol cannot be shipped to New Zealand due to import restrictions. Contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility of specific hampers for NZ delivery.
7. Tracking
For Australia-wide courier deliveries, a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Melbourne hand-delivered orders will receive a notification when the driver is on their way.
8. Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our courier or driver will attempt to leave the hamper in a safe location as directed, or contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery fees may apply for courier shipments where no safe location is available.
9. Delivery Timeframe Disclaimer
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, extreme weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.
