1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Heart to Home website at heart2home.shop and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Heart to Home is a trading name of ADONE PTY LTD (ABN 55 656 716 077), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
2. Orders and Contract
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us (via WhatsApp, email, or both). Until we confirm your order, no contract exists between us. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%). Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.
3. Product Information
We take care to accurately describe our products. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only. Items in a hamper may vary slightly from those pictured based on supplier availability. Where a substitution is necessary, we will provide an equivalent or higher-value item. No substitution will reduce the overall quality or value of your hamper.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, PayPal and bank transfer (for corporate orders by arrangement). All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
Afterpay is subject to Afterpay’s own terms and eligibility criteria.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and fees are as set out on our Delivery and Shipping Policy pages. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather, carrier delays). We are not liable for late delivery unless the delay is wholly our fault.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the hamper is delivered to the address you provided. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
6. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your ACL rights. For details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design elements, is owned by or licensed to ADONE PTY LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it. We may restrict access to the website at any time without notice.
